Our Farm Stay Experiences

Historic Farmhouse & Glamping

Locavore Farm hosts a one-of-a -kind farm-stay experience on its 30-acre estate in a remodeled 100 yr. old cottage. Enjoy a rural landscape and the simple beauty of country living. Harvest vegetables, herbs, and flowers from the gardens, as well as stock your fridge with  pasture-raised meats, local  dairy (milk and cheese) and scratch-made baked goods from the farm's shop. Each morning,  fetch your own eggs and experience the bounty of having your own homestead. Relax and enjoy the farm as your own - choose to participate in a few chores or just slow down and let the rural landscape nurture your soul.

The farmhouse is 100-years old, fully renovated with charm and respect of its historic and simple beginnings. The home was once owned by City-dwellers who over a hundred years ago, sought out a quiet place to slow down and revive. The renovated house has two queen-size bedrooms, and a queen-sleeper sofa - so it sleeps six-max. The bathroom features shower and bath and double-sink. The kitchen, dining and living room are open concept and equipped with a mini-fridge, dining room table for six, convection/air-fryer oven combo and all the essentials for at-home living. The home is surrounded by the woods, gardens, and adjacent to the family that resides on-site, owns and stewards the land.

Locavore is known for its farm dinner events, featuring live music, bonfire and their signature 100-foot hand-crafted table.  If selecting Thursday, you’ll be able to attend Locavore’s Thursday Night Hang. Join locals for a casual night under the stars, featuring live music and an a la carte farm-fresh food and drink menu.

If staying on a Saturday, your farm-stay make sure to also book two adult dinner tickets to Locavore’s signature and acclaimed farm dinner event, Dine on the Land. Additional tickets are available for purchase at www.locavorefarm.com. Prior to the event, observe how a group of farmers get a 100-foot table ready for 100 guests and a five-course feast. At 5 PM, step out and enjoy an evening of dining, live music, and more. Sunday, check-out is by 11. During your stay, you'll harvest food from the raised gardens just outside the cottage so you can enjoy your own farm-to-table experience. Stock your fridge with our pasture-raised meats, local grass-fed dairy (milk and cheese) and scratch-made baked goods.

All tickets for dinner, dining events, special events sold separately. Visit www.LocavoreFarm.com for schedule of events.
