Thursday Harvest Hangs are distinctly different from our signature Dine on the Land events.

Where Dine on the Land is a coursed, chef-led experience, Thursday Harvest Hangs follow the weekly rhythm of the farm itself. Thursdays are for harvesting for our farm box subscribers, gathering the surplus from our land and from our trusted farmer friends, and turning that abundance into a fresh, entirely harvest-driven à la carte menu.

 

This is the casual side of Locavore hospitality: a self-seated, free-range dining experience designed to help guests step out of the weekly grind and into something slower, simpler, and deeply good.

 

The feast is harvested just hours before you arrive. Order casual plates and drinks at the bar, then make the evening your own. Gather around a shared table, settle onto the patio, tuck into the barn lounge, or spread a blanket across the grass. Sip a craft cocktail, wine, or local beer. Roam the farm. Visit the animals. Browse the Locavore Shop and Market. Listen to live music drifting through the air. Warm up by the fire pit as the horizon softens into dusk.

 

Stay for an hour or linger through the night.
This is dining on the land at your own pace.
