February 12, 2023
I’ll keep it short and sweet this week. This unseasonably warm weather has called my family out for an adventure.
While we celebrate all things red and rosy over the next few days, I hope you can look inside and say that you love what you do and love who you do it for. Love is labor with a target. Love is the fuel that drives us through every season and every trial. Love is more than a word that means, “I’m really into this right now.” Love never gives up.
Be encouraged to continue in your good work for all your someone(s), knowing that true love is willing to wait and endure, does not boast and brag, it’s selfless and generous, slow to get mad and doesn’t keep track of every injury. Love celebrates truth, protects, hopes, perseveres and never fails. I pray we always love like this.
Until next week,
Mrs. Farmer Jones
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
